When booking a reservation online you are able to pick a site, and when making a reservation over the phone you are assigned a site. We reserve the right to move your reservation to another site to better accommodate other reservations based on size and length of stay. By paying the site lock fee this ensures your reservation will not be moved and you will get the exact site you picked and paid for.

Unfortunately we do not offer any membership discounts at this time.

We do however offer a discount on the weekly rate, you pay for 6 nights an get 1 night free! This applies to RV sites and Cabins.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Cash.

Early check in and late check out must be pre approved before arrival. There is a $10 fee.

Each RV site is allowed 1 vehicle in addition to their RV. We are a small in town park and parking is extremely limited. We will allow a 2nd vehicle on certain sites with a $15 extra vehicle charge. 
Guest will need to park on the street or the ally way behind the park. They cannot block any other rv sites.

Please follow the pathway to the office. Next to the door you will see a whiteboard with your name and site number. Under the white board there is a registration box that will have a welcome packet with your name on it.

We highly recommend you make reservations during business hours as we can’t always guarantee staff will be available right away to assist after hours. However we understand sometimes traveling can make that difficult. If you need a same day after hours reservation there is a $10 fee. Please call and we will do our best to assist you. 


Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites, but not at our tent sites, restrooms, or other buildings.
Cabins are dog friendly. No cats are allowed in the cabins. 
Pet owners must keep their pet leashed at all times unless in the designated dog park and are responsible for noise control and clean up. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park.

We do! Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM we are a small in town park so please be respectful of your neighbors.

They are, but please refrain from glass bottles - if any glass breaks please clean it up immediately. No intoxicated behavior will be tolerated. Drink respectfully. 


No, fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Smoking which includes vaping or any other forms of smoking is prohibited in all park buildings including the cabins. Management reserves the right to fine violators of this policy. 
Smoking is allowed in your RV site, but we ask you be respectfully of your neighbors and pick up any and all traces of smoking material.

Yes, we do have specific sites for long term guest. This can be anywhere from 30 days to long term. You must apply for long term spaces and management will reach out to you if a space becomes available.

Yes, we offer free Wifi to all guest.

No, we do not have a breed restriction. However, no aggressive behavior will be tolerated no matter the breed or size of dog.

All pets MUST be on a leash at all time while on park property unless in the designated pet park.

Yes, you may purchase a RV dump and water fill online or in person.

Anyone who dumps without paying will be reported to authorities as theft.

All alterations or structures must be approved by management first. This includes but isn’t limited to, fences, dog kennels, sheds, carports, propane tanks or anything else that’s outside in your site.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances our onsite coffee shop is permanently closed. This building is now rented to a private business that has no relationship to the RV park.

Wood burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. Only propane fire pits are allowed. We do not provide any fire pits.

You can, but we ask that you be respectful of your neighbors and water consumption. 1 wash per month.
